Shipping time
Maxam-tuning aims to have a minimum of 3 items in stock of all products that we can deliver at all times, so the shipping time will be as short as possible for our customers. When, in periods of high demand, we will be out of stock, shipping time will depend on our various suppliers. Stock and shipping time is also described for each product inside the webshop
Transport damages
If you should discover damages on your shipment when you recieve it, you should report it at once to the shipping company. If you only dicover the damages after opening your package, you should as soon as possible bring your package including the box to the shipment company and fill out a damage report. The shipping company will help you with this Maxam-tuning may assist you in contacting the shipping company if desired. The seller is not accountable for damages occuring during shipment. Unaccepted packages
For packages that the customer refuses to accept these charges apply: The actual cost of shipping both ways, plus a handling fee at 100€.
